Paying for FNB mistakes!

I changed my debit order date to 29th because FNB decided to move my debit order date to 24th without notifying me. Not sure why because I do not get paid on the 24th. I have laid so many complaints that I'm getting tired now. Then when i changed my debit order date to 29th, FNB says that they are going to charge me for June and July because of the date changed, then I complained - They resolved that issue by having to monitor my account. Everything was fine. Now I get a statement the day before my debit order date of how much I am going to be debited (DAY BEFORE!). Now I'm facing a problem where my statement did not even come through on the 28th and I was already debited. I called the contact centre and all they can say is there is a delay in the system generating statements. It was already bad getting a statement the day before the debit, but worse that I got debited and the statement was not sent to me. How was I suppose to know how much I am going to be debited for the next month? The worse thing I could ever do was changing my debit order date because it created such a BIG mess. I should have left it on 24th and look like a bad payer on my credit record.
