FNB, instead of attending to my concern, they send me a message which reads thus: You are paying far less than 10% on your FNB FNB Cheque Live acc, urgently contact: Anne-Marie Bezuidenhout on *** or *** and quote DAC14971 t0 pend a summons which may be issued within the next three days.
