PAYING FOR A LOAN NEVER RECEIVED!

Still waiting for the funds of the Covid-19 Cashflow Relief loan to become available to me since I took the loan in June 2020!!! I still have 41 months remaining to pay for a loan (plus interest) which I never received!! This doesn't even call for a 1 star rating.
