Paying Debit order for Mahala

Fnb connect has worst customer care service and have people who are unprofessional and unwilling to assist with even the simplest request. Their debit orders always go off from my account on time but my data allocation is never processed. Called thw customer care people and they not being helpful hence have decided to stop all debit orders with FNB connect. Service is so pathetic...
