Paying an installment and car value of a Corolla 1.6 Prestige Toyota, instead of My Toyota Corolla Quest 1.6 Plus which I own.

I bought a car on the 30 April 2022, at EAE Motors CC, at 11 Voortrekker St. Vereeniging, and it was financed by Wesbank/First National Bank.

My contract was about to end at the company I worked for, and therefore bought the car to work for E-Hailing( Bolt) to support my family. The car was supposed to pay itself and maintain my home.

However, that's not the case, due to the *****ulent behavior and injustice that was done to me, by the bank and the Car dealership, discovered a year later after buying the car.

I noticed that the statement from the bank states that I own a Corolla 1.6 Prestige Toyota 2019. Whereas the copy of the car documents and the papers I signed at the EAE Motors CC dealership states that I own a Toyota Corolla Quest 1.6 Plus, which is correct.

Meaning I am actually paying for a car that I do not own, which is more expensive and is the latest car model, as a result my installment amounted to R5, 519.50 monthly, instead of the initial R4500, that I signed for in my contract with the Dealership. Moreover , the car had an accident April 2023, which resulted to it incurring arears, hence now I'm paying R7000 as per an arrangement with the bank to cover my arears.

Now my family is starving, and I even had to withdraw my daughter from attending creche, because I cannot afford it. The car pays itself and also buys petrol but it fails for feed my family, because it is now more expensive.

As soon as I realized this, I called Ebrahim Samaria, on ***, the person whom appeared on my contract from the dealership should I have an inquiry. She said she will call me back after looking for my contract that's in their office.

Called the bank as well, but I didn't get any help. Called the dealership a number of times, till today they haven't called me back.

Looking back at the day I bought the car, I remember, I was very excited and the sales person I was in contact with was very much aware that I app**** for the Toyota Corolla Prestige car,b(which is the one I am currently paying for, and appears in my installment statement), but she told me I was not approved by the bank for that same car, bacause i didnt have any debts, and therefore the dealership will give Me a different car, but she refused to show it to me, nor tell me which model it was, when I reached the Dealership to collect the car. After I had signed all the contracts, the car was then revealed.

The car doesn't even have a spare key, but when they gave me previous car service paperwork they told me a spare was also in the envelop.

I have bought and fixed a lot on my Corolla Quest, and therefore do not wich for it to be changed, by the dealership.

All I want now is for the bank to fix their mistake write the correct car details on my statement, subtract all the money i have already paid on the initial car total amount (235 450) with monthly installment of R4500. Instead of the prestige corolla car value amount of R7000 (installment plus arears) that I am currently paying.

I believe I have settled the arears long time ago, therefore I would be happy to go back to my initial and original installment of R4500. With less years left to settle the car installment.

And if I have unknowingly completed paying my car, and have paid extra, I request the extra fees to be refunded in cash to my capitec account.

Please help me, so that the car can actually support my family as I have wished for it to do so, initially when I decided to buy it.
