Payed up letter
I had a loan with FNB and I have paid up the loan on the 11th of July 2019. The told me that I will receive a payed up letter within 45 working days. Till today I have not received anything.. I called them to assist they said they are going to escalate my enquiry and copy me on that email... till today I have not received any feedback.
