Payback the money

On the 25th of October around 12h00 I tried to withdraw R500 from an FNB ATM in Rustenburg, ATM ********** 0.The machine ran out of cash and the amount I attempted to withdraw did not come out but it has gone off my account. I immediately phoned your call centre and I spoke to Kholofelo ref no: RK ********** 0243 and she advised me to go to a branch or complete a refund form which she sent to me. I went to my branch in Centurion mall at reds on the 29th of October to log the dispute and I was advised it will take 2 to 3 days to have my money refunded. Today onthe 08th of November I have received an email from Kagiso Molefe, Service Consultant advising me to call business department. Can I have this sorted.Ref no: SD **********

This is nonsense. I went to the branch for god's sake. I gave them my ID and they also did the thump verification.
