PAYBACK DENIED FNB FUNERAL PLAN

I Have been a loyal customer with FNB FUNERAL INSURANCE FOR 13 Yeras I never received any cash back I have enquired about that facility for so long. only to find out they do have a facility where you get 3 months premiums back if your premium is paid from another account and 6 months if it is from fnb. When I enquired about why I never received any premium back since I have the plan for 13 years without claiming just paying, I was given stories. It's very misleading as when you go on the website the information is there. And I was advised that I must update the policy, so I ask why it does not get updated automatically as they have all the details and they did not inform me anything, so I just feel that I am also due to receive this premium back pay I mean paying for so many years without being rewarded. They should look equally after all their customers why must you now start from over whiles you are with them please can they look into this matter. I do not think this is fear FNB should really look in to how they treat customers it is just not fear.
