Pay up letter nightmare
What an UTTER DISGRACE!! I have been phoning since 9 this morning, my last call was at 11h20....with no success!!! I need a pay up letter for 2 accounts that's been under debt review. We had the same for ABSA yesterday and it took us 10min.....FNB 2 and a half hours with NO success!! I wanted to take my business back to FNB.... BUT THERE IS NO WAY! WORST SERVICES EVER!!!

02 Jul 2020, 11:28Needless to say....everytime something has been resolved a new problem arises! One of the loan account is in a credit due to a miscommunication between hyphen and debtbusters! Now the account can be closed because there is a CREDIT!! We requested funds to be transferred to my FNB savings account.... And that simple instruction will take 2 WORKING DAYS??? HOW ON EARTH IS THAT POSSIBLE??? DUE TO THAT, WE CAN'T GET A PAIDED UP LETTER ON AN ACCOUNT, THAT WE CAN'T ACCESS ANYWAY AND IS IN A CREDIT??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! DONE DONE DONE WITH FNB.... SAD BUT TRUE
