Pay R400 for a private account and wait 45 min for a service advisor

Your call centre is ridiculous, i phoned the call centre at 8am from the minute you open, i waiting 30 min and gave up, Again i called waited 45 min and still never got through, its ridiculous how hopeless FNB is. Your call centre cant be so busy, you guys dont have staff and just expect us to send emails and get a response 48 hours later, whats the point of having a private clients account.
