Pay pal conflict resolution

I had an issue with the Paypal service which needed to be linked with my FND profile. After a miscommunication with the staff staff at the bank they contacted me to resolve the issue. We sorted the issue within an hour. I was impressed with the way the handled the conflict resolution. Well done to Liandri and the Hatfield team.
