PAY MY CLAIM!

I submitted a mortgage protection claim in August 2020 for loss of income. Then in November changed it to a retrenchment claim. On the 15th December the claim was approved. To date the claim was still not paid out.

I am harassed every morning at 07h30 from the home loans collections dept for payment. Threatening me.

All I hear from FNB is that they will escalate the matter. Escalate to where? To who? No one is doing anything.

You are affecting my credit score. And then YOU wont help me in future because of my bad credit score. PAY MY CLAIM!
