Pay Bills with app not user friendly

FNB has changed their eBucks requirements. Currently no FNB agent can assist to load the pay@ under payment of bills. I have forwarded the message numerous times and still not been assisted to resolve the matter and therefore cannot maintain the promised eBucks level as FNB requires. Shocking
