Pay back the Money!.....My hard earned money
Fnb can i please get my hard earned money back from your coffers. You charged me for services i did not want and conveniently fixed it up after 8 months but dont want to refund the fees that you have taken. Your service sucks and your service agents dont care about your customers. What a lousy bank!

11 Jun 2020, 17:15Another ref no. is not the solution... kicking the can down the road just adds fuel to the fire. I still stand behind the LOUSY service comment i made. Fnb have ****py processes that make no difference in resolving customer problems and Fnb's BS about "How Can I Help You" is just more BS....
