Pay back the money!!

<p>Yesterday exactly 2 months ago, while renewing my drivers license I was forced to pay R467 for an overdue license of a vehicle written-off and s****ped a year ago by FNB insurance, before I could collect my license. To date they have not repaid me the money or sort this issue out as the blame gets shifted from person to person to IEMAS etc.. while I, the client, sits in the middle pulling on the short straw. Why dont they just pay me what I had to pay on their behalf and sort their **** and admin issues out afterwards? </p> <p>I am SERIOUSLY considering changing insuarance brokers after nearly 20 years!!!!!! Maybe my almost R4000 per month installment is just not enough for them to give me decent service anymore.</p>
