Pay Back the money
Someone please assist, i just checked my statement to my shock FNB deducted R100 for "COURIER FEE" i dont know what is this for, my account is still new with FNB and i collected the card from the branch

14 Mar 2019, 16:21I am still awaiting response on this matter, yesterday I was called by Tolbadi, Loyiso of Khayelitsha branch who promised to come back to me via email as soon as yesterday and I am still waiting
This is very frustrating as no one ever explain to me if you open account at FNB you must also pay for card delivery at the branch. according to Loyiso if you collect the card at the branch you are liable for delivery fee however if the card is delivered at your work place you don't pay. I find it very disturbing because when I think about it, it does not make sense to me
