Pay back my mothers ****** money

I am just disgusted with FNB ***** department, someone committed ***** on my mothers bank account who is 80 years old , she went to the branch on the soon after their ***** dept alerted while she was home that the are numerous transaction going thru on her account and that was four months ago and when I recently called the bank I was told that the investigation has been closed and no one bothered to call my mom to notify her of the outcome of the investigation,
