Pay BAck my Money FNB -CAse ***NF

I had worse experience with this bank as they ripe off CLIENTS ,I HAD AN Experience of depositing money into someone who had already relocated to Zimbabwe and the recipient doesn't have access to the account ,but the Account in South Africa is still active and receive deposits,but they cant reverse money that was deposited incorrectly , I have a case that am trying to get back my R8500 with case number ***NF which they dont want to reverse and they keep on asking me to ask the recipient to come to the bank dispite the responses that the Account holder has relocated to Zimbabwe and cant come bank this side, FNB stop *****ing from poor people because you should have closed that account long back for it not to receive funds
