#pay back my money

this is the last complaint am writing about fnb. the hellopeter team they are so **** its not funny. they only respond to this platform thereafter you are on your own. they dont reply to emails or even advise how far your query is. they are doing this just for the show. am sure you had ample time to look into my query & i want to know the status quo. i have dealing with this since last year July & we're approaching another July & all you are doing is sending me from pillar to post. You know how to contact me when you want to sell me policies or upgrade my account to platinum but you can not contact me when it comes to this query.
