Pay back my money

FNB home loan-on the 18th of September i settle my Bond paid 334k and i was told that home loan wont deduct the bond Installment end of September they did and i was told to fill a refund form which i did and email to them while i was waiting for the refund they double debit my account again FNB was owing me an access of R9000 when i called i was told that the money would be paid back in the 48 hours- however money was never paid until called in again an agent send an email cc me then two installment was paid am still waiting for the other installment last agent i spoke to her name Koketso/Norris Maxine she promised that FNB would pay the back within 48 its been two weeks now-FNB please pay my money back i dont own you i have settle my bond you have 3 hours to do so or else i will move all my funds to a different bank
