pay attention FNB

I transferred R7K between two of my own FNB bank accounts on 22 December, but instead of appearing in the second account, the money has vanished. I have spent a lot of time, with no explanation and no resolution, trying to get this sorted out being shunted from pillar to post. Not all published numbers are properly operational. Phone calls are not returned (as promised) or simply terminate. There are lengthy holds. Despite spending over an hour at my expense, I presume, I still have no reference number. This experience has severely undermined my trust in the bank, and the communication challenges testing my loyalty.
