Pay and clear not working.

I tried to make an urgent payment using the pay and clear now function available.<br> <br> The payment didn't successfully complete on my app and said I should check my transaction history.<br> The money didn't get removed from my account as yet but they<br> <br> When I phoned FNB they said that the pay and clear does not work on a Sunday, the FNB app did not notify me that this wouldn't work. FNB then automatically converted it to a normal payment instead of cancelling the request or throwing an error.<br> <br> I now need to make the payment tomorrow and cannot because it will take 3 days to reflect in the other account.<br> <br> Call centre was unable to help me cancel the payment so that I can make the same payment tomorrow with the pay and clear now function, and I got put through to a number of other people who were not willing to help including managers from online banking.<br> <br> This problem is with FNB and they will not take any responsibility for their app not working correctly and are not willing to do anything except say \There is nothing we can do".<br> <br> How do I make another payment for R32000 tomorrow so that the payment reflects in time?
