Pay and clear

Dear FNB, what is the purpose of pay and clear if you gonna dictate hours of when money should go through. Have you ever heard of something called emergency were money should be deposited at 2AM to save somebody’s life? This rule that pay and clear only work from 8:00 to 20:00 is pathetic and causes lot of inconvenience.
