***** was committed on my account, when i reported it the ***** department never logged a case and then blamed the branch that actually helped me, only after I made a fuss this happened now i have to wait 7 - 30 days for the case to be investigated and I cannot get anybody to give me feedback, they don't answer calls not answer emails. yet they still wanted to offer other services instead of helping me with my ***** case. so NO my rate is low FNB ***** department is not Good
