Patrick FNB Gem employee

With reference to my complaint with regards to FNB Dispute department. Patrick from FNB, Boardwalk branch Richards Bay, has been the most caring, helpful, supporting employee that i have come across in a very long time. i initially went to the branch for assistance and Patrick assisted with the dispute forms, phoned twice since and asked if i was alright and that nothing had yet transpired. Yesterday 10/9/2015 he phoned after hours and was so distraught that dispute had that response. He apologized and had already phoned *****, they informed him that I personally need to phone. He as just going to give me the number when he suggested i come to the branch. This morning he spoke to ***** explained and was upset that dispute suggested we contact the so called company to query the transaction, as we dont even have an idea who is behind the *****. they liaised and i was informed that ***** is handling this and that it will be settled within 3-5 days. Patrick is a gem employees like him are far and few, he has gone more than the extra mile, he has compassion and takes price in his work. Thank you Patrick i wish you well for your future, hope one day i will shake your hand as Manager
