Patricia Thutlwane FNB HOMELOANS

Here i am again, still struggling with Patricia Thutlwane with home loan application. FNB is refusing to move me to someone else who can actually read and do basic math. WHY DO WE ALWAYS HAVE TO COMPLAIN BEFORE SOMETHING HAPPENS.

I want to speak to someone else, I want Patricia off my application as SHE KEEPS USING THE INCORRECT INFORMATION.

She is not competent enough to understand the emails I sent her, she doesn't answer the questions I ask. When she phones me, she decides she no longer wants to talk to me or give me the information I'm asking for and just hung up the phone.
