I had the most wonderful experience at FNB Clearwater branch on 18 September 2026, all thanks to one exceptional employee by name of Malepe. From the moment I approached him, he treated me with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. Nothing felt rushed or transactional; he genuinely listened and took the time to assist me with care.

It’s rare these days to come across customer service that leaves you smiling as you walk out the door, but that’s exactly what happened. He went above and beyond, and it honestly reminded me what true customer care should feel like.
