PATHETIC.USELESS.

If i could, it would be ZERO. I changed banks (big mistake) on the 8th of January, it's the 19th of March and i'm still waiting for my card. After numerous phone calls, secure chats etc, everytime i get promised "latest monday" it's Thursday, and nothing. Pathetic service.
