Pathetice and ********* Banking Practice

I have a major problem closing an account at FNB. I give them notice to close the account. I can understand that they will transfer the closing balance to an nominated account or alternately should the balance is negative, request you to pay the final balance.

They said zero the balance and send a request to do so. In the meantime more bank charges are levied each moth and the account never gets to close.

I think they are a ***** !!! Hope their oligopoly ends soon.
