Pathetic (zero) service

Totally unacceptable service @ fnb Alberton. 2 hours in the bank and still not been helped. First tried calling but need to go in to the branch to reactivate an account. Supervisor says all I can do is wait! Ticket 52 has already been helped but 21 is still waiting. Obviously zero organization or intelligence. And dont try blame covid. Its operating at full capacity.
