Pathetic way to deal with business accounts

Stone age business banking. Need to visit the Glen branch to open account. No answer, in fact the telephone doesn't even work. How am I supposed to make an appointment with a business relationship manager if you can't even contact the person. call center doesn't have his contact details??? how?

So need to take off from work and hope this person is at the branch? Pathetic
