pathetic, useless, very frustrated client if that even means anything to fnb
I requested for a recall well completed a recall form 10 days ago. I still did not get any answer or even an update on email. I am still waiting for my money to be reversed I don't know what the hold up is and when I called in no one could give me an answer. Please pay the return the money back into my account it is mine after all.

Now you send me an email saying that the form I completed was incorrect yet you one of your *********** agents sent me the form and when I called last week why did the agent no inform me that I've completed the wrong form....Like what ****** business is this really. Do you have any empathy for your client?
