Pathetic, useless, unhelpful consultants

Very frustrated at numerous attempts to get my cards and to get service from FNB. Fed up with their systems not working, pads at my branch not working for 2 weeks and going in and spending hours waiting for help only to be told that we must try the premier bankers numbers. When we try the premier bankers for help they too are not of any help, firstly having to wait long hours on the phone, then not getting anywhere because their systems are faulty. I have been inconvenienced terribly, humiliated, embarrased and insulted! They stopped my card before issuing me a new one, yet they promised me that the card will be in operation until it is replaced. I had to get someone to drive 50km to pay for my petrol because my card just suddenly stopped working!!! When I called them, they said they can't help me but I must go into a FNB branch, which I did, only for them to tell me that my card was not straight!!! This was not the fault because it said pin incorrect but the *********** person told me that my card was not working because it was warped!!! When my new card arrived, it was a platinum one, whereas I ordered a gold card!!! How many more mistakes must I excuse and NO ONE at FNB has called or even apologised for their mistake. The lady who did call me promised to call me back the next day and did not! She told me that FNB is charging R1500 interest per month on every R1000 I used!!! When I told her that this couldn't be true, and that maybe I am misunderstanding her, she insisted that what I heard was correct!!! And all this is recorded for FNB to listen to!!! FNB, kindly contact me urgently and give me a reference number for this complaint because I wish to take this matter further if you can't help me - AND YOU HAVEN'T HELPED ME at all!!! And I have even asked you to tell me how you can help me because your slogan "how can we help you" is outdated and irrelevant, so it's useless asking for help as you clearly stated that you can't help me many times over!!! Call me urgently please - but only someone who understands how FNB works and doesn't get confused while talking to me.
