Pathetic, Useless, Pittyful, Disgusting, Annoying, and Unimaginably bad, this is the abosute worst bank for more reasons than i can start to think of beginning to explain.

Do not make a mistake which you will regret and find yourself unlucky enough to have ended banking at FNB. After having been with this bank for 6 months, instead of me being happy, i actually depise the word bank, they do not understand the concept of being helpful, and the only thing this bank does is , you can have good credit, they tell you you have bad credit, they run a record amount of credit checks on on your account, to an extent where a bank like nedbank would have Loaned you R40k, but rejects it good credit and all, because of the amount of credits checks that fnb runs, they make useless false promises, which they do not even attempt to keep, they have so many divisions, and the only single thing all of their devisions have in mind, is no matter what problem you have, they will undoubtably simply tell you in different words, THEY CAN NOT HELP you so i dont actually even see the practicallity of having just 1 single division which would do precisely the same which is absolutely nothing other than driving up your blood pressure.

In Summary this Bank utterly pathetic and useless and bad , this FNB RMD and any fnb related divisions are because the only words thinking of this bank which comes to mind are words like negative, outraged, enraged, uselessness, pittyful, pathetic, deceiptful, and discriminating, and this is what fnb is all about, and may they lose just as many clients as their hearts may desire, and perhaps even end up being hated more than entitities like Eskom and Telkom in the fure if that is their ultimate goal.

If you have low blood pressure and dont ever need any help with anything at all, this bank might possibly still work for you.
