pathetic, useless FNB secure chat and *********** useless consultants

Pathetic , nonsense and bull**** the so called secure chat with it's *********** and useless consultants. I can't receive my debit card because of FNB useless ****ed up consultants. Instead of admitting their error and reroute my debit card from mafikeng branch directly to me here in ladysmith they tell me to reapply for a new card. How do i reapply for a new card after i have indicated to the consultants long before the card could start its delivery process that it must be delivered directly to my new address here in ladysmith because i have left mafikeng more than 3 years ago. I'm so ****ed off by the so called consultants claiming to be professional but they are useless. even chat bots are better
