Pathetic useless ****ers

I'm extremely dissatisfied with FNBSA's handling of my ***** case, submitted 5 months ago. Despite over 30 follow-up calls, I've received inconsistent updates. I've been asked to resubmit documents multiple times, and despite doing so, I still haven't received a victim letter or resolution. The lack of communication and accountability from analysts Ernest, Virgil Humphries, and Alka Barat is unacceptable. I've logged 7 complaints with no feedback in 5 months. As a customer, I expect better. CEO Harry Kellan should take note of the poor service. My reference number is ***
