Pathetic Useless

I must say I am very disappointed in FNB. I am a Private wealth client and for some reason, my credit app's always get declined. The reason is in 1924 there was a loan with Direct Axis that defaulted however was paid up now the problem with this is they can look at removing the risk however NOT one person can provide me with any info or letters as this account is so old there's no record

My Private banker can't give me a solution nor the risk department so I'm actually sitting with a useless account that costs me R 550.00 as not one person at FNB is willing to overlook a Direct Axis account that was closed 100 years ago

Pathetic disappointing looks like none of them value High-income clients
