Pathetic unauthorized dispute charge

Covid-19 turned to be a huge opportunity for them to milk us more and more.AAt first they took off ability to reverse debit orders honoring companies as opposed to their honorable clients. Right now their reversal option on the app is not working and they are charging R40 to reverse each unauthorized debit orders. I'm in a situation where need to reverse old mutual debit orders that are about 5 with little anount of R90, R78, R108 and R300 and guess what. I'm getting back less than what FNBis ttaking from my own money. This is pathetic and I want to cancel their bank account completely. I'm happy to try elsewhere
