Pathetic third world servicd.

LIke so many others, I sm doing all the legwork in trying to get a new credit card. Mine expires in 3 days, and it was PayPal who advised me over two weeks ago. After enduring the 8 minutes on hold with FNB two weeks ago I was told that somebody would be in touch with me about delivery of the new card. Do you think I've heard anything? OF COURSE NOT. That seems too much effort for your third world service. I made another two attempts to get through to you today, but after 8 mins of holding and listen to the usual BS of unusally high call volumes I had to hang up. I've made a complaint on your FNB site.

MY CARD EXPIRES IN 3 DAYS. CAN SOMEBODY SHOW SOME INTEREST AND GET THIS TO ME????????????????????????????????????

One would think that FNB would actually get off their lazy butts and do something about their appalling service, instead of getting you to simply field yet another complaint, complete with insincere apologies.

FNB really doesn't care; that's why they've got such bad ratings by so many customers. This is just a means of venting by so many unhappy customers. Nothing is going to change ... and we're expected to pay for this disgusting third world service too.
