Pathetic Temporary Loan Service

I app**** for a temporary loan and it was allocated. When my salary was paid in the amount was immediately deducted. This is so ridiculous. What is the use of them giving us 31 days to repay the amount then? I phoned the call centre and some useless agent gave me useless, sarcastic answers. I request this money to be refunded to me within 24 hours and give me the fair chance of 31 days to repay it. Should this not be done, I will take this matter further to the newspapers and post this pathetic service on social media as a ****!!
