FNB Case # ***. I logged a ***** report 3min after it occurred. Agent assisted to block my card. 2 days later FNB allowed the transaction to go through. Almost 14 days later I have still not been contacted by a ***** investigator. An agent now tells me to wait 40 days for resolution.
