Pathetic Small Business Service

Utterly useless opening a business account with these guys.

Business 1: Asset finance application. Zero communication. Had to call to be told of my declined status. Hello Peter review closed because I eventually told them I’ll buy the vehicle cash Business 1.Attempted to open a revolving account to help business score. 3 days later zero communication Business 2: Attempted to make an international Payment. The access has been blocked. Virtual card fails no reason from bank. Drove into town to get a physical card and still blocked. Called in and was told I’m supposed to now email to get it fixed, but the bank couldn’t afford to email me in the first place to tell me international payments are blocked but u expect me to email you to rectify it.

So done with this business. The reports that show that this bank does everything to hinder businesses of color from progress are 100% true. Moving to Capitec first thing in the morning and advising all my partner businesses to do the same.

Utterly useless. I regret my years of trying to build a record with this bank.
