pathetic servuce from FNB

I cannot believe the fees we pay for private banking yet the private banker doesnt return calls or messages. As for the IVR one can never get to the person they are suppose to speak to. I put lump sum payments into my bond now after a few years of doing so i requested the bank to capitalize it and advise me on what my balance would be.....they told me it would take a week to do.......almost a month later and no word of feedback. I am sick and tired of FNB their service sucks.
