PATHETIC services

I'm so disappointed in your service. This matter has been going on for took long now . Last year September my mother was suppose to get money for her late husband policy u guys gave us a run around .telling us you looking into it now my other is deceased n still we haven't received the fund .its been over months trying to have this resolved .i went to one of ur branches 3weeks ago and they had me sign some documents n i will receive the funds soon . To my surprise i still haven't received anything decided to call the call center this morning i was told u couldn't release the fund due to a document not being correct .which was send to sabelo to rectify but he didn't. So if i never called u i was going to wait for how long . Now I'm told i need to go to the bank n re sign those documents n wait another 21days .im certainly not going to wait another 21days my mother died waiting for the pay out .now I'm doing the same waiting game PATHETIC SERVICE .i want the funds transferred in my account immediately. Why should i suffer for your incompetence staff
