Pathetic Services
<p>I noticed a debt order went off my account, called FNB this morning and received the most appaulling service. My bank card was duplicated whilst I was at a very well known store. </p> <p>The customer service representative who took my call was very unhelpful, I was told an investigation needs to be done before action can take place. My card was not blocked so my card still can be used. </p> <p>I only bank with FNB and to receive such service is very distressing. </p> <p>I would expect better!!!!</p>
