Pathetic services

The most pathetic service I have ever come across. I have been trying to link my PayPal for over a year now. I have sent countless emails just for them to give me the same replies over and over. I do what they tell me to do and every single time they come back with more excuses and I am sick of it. I have tried calling them and no one ever answers. As result of this mess, I can't withdraw my money from PayPal and I can't do jobs that pay me with PayPal because what's the point if I can't get my money? It's absolutely pathetic.
