Pathetic service.Account Closure

An Estate late Accounts were opened on the 31 July. And both my parents individual Accounts needs to be closed in order to transfer the credit amounts to the Opened Estates Lates Accounts. To date for whatever reasons the individual Accounts has not been closed.

What is the delay???It's merely a normal closure and I don't understand what is the difference,what is the normal SLA.
