Pathetic service, your ***** department is a joke, zero order!
I have had the phone dropped in my ear 3 times now. Your ***** department is a joke. Your agents might as well work for the ANC, apparently your clients must serve you, not the other way around. Not manager on duty either. I have not received any feedback in over 2 weeks now! The *****ulent transaction has still not been reversed. Not a Word from you! And all this time my card rains blocked. Can somebody call me please!!!!

I want the names of all the agents, this is nonsense, I pay You, FNB, for this service, now I am demanding accountability, especially because this involves *****. You playing with people's lives here. Why are you leaving agents in such an important call centre unsupervised!!???
