Pathetic Service yet again

<p>I have been banking with FNB for a few years now. I opened a new account only and now all of a sudden my account is frozen even though it hasnt even been used yet. you try calling 5 different branches including the head office and you stay on hold for 40 minutes without an answer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never again will I be banking with FNB!!</p>
