PATHETIC SERVICE. WRONGFULLY SUSPENDED MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY RECTIFICATION!!!!!

On 18 Nov 2024 a customer of mine had called fnb & placed a ***** dispute against me because there was a delay in them receiving their order.

Without any form of communication with me, this **** of a bank immediately froze my account & did not even notify me about that!!!!

I only found out after i tried making multiple payments & none went through, I had to call fnb to find out why my card was not working, only for them to refer me to the ***** line & tell me it's frozen. This was done on the 19th. I was not provided any help from my bank whatsoever and I have been using Fnb for years. They simply said that if I don't sort this out then my customer can get a police affidavit against me & this can get worse but again, no help received just useless pathetic "advice".

I have always been in contact with my customer and I have proof of everything. My account was wrongfully suspended and every effort I'm making in sorting it out is useless. Since the 19th I've been repeatedly calling & I've even spoken to be regional manager. The customer had received their order days ago & this still hasn't been rectified!!!!!! Right until today which is now the 27th, I have not been assisted.

I have called, emailed and even cc'd this customer who caused this in the mail to fnb & I get a dumb response from fnb asking me for proof of my account being suspended???????? I am not even receiving any response from the customer & now I'm supposed to just sit & do what?????

How is this ok??????? It's festive season & I am losing out on business because of the pathetic way fnb works & treats it's customers!!! The customer paid from an absa account & it's sad how fnb prioritized their claim without even contacting their own banking client to assess the issue, they simply went right ahead & froze my account without even having the decency to inform me of anything!!!

This is so sad & so sickening!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service from a bank I thought I could trust. From a bank I thought actually cared!!!!!!!!!!!! They've made absolutely no effort in trying to help me whatsoever.
